Job description

Have all powers, duties, and liabilities as CEO, and bring objectivity and independence to the Yayasan. Provide effective leadership in relation to the Company’s strategy and performance, while ensuring high standards of financial probity and corporate governance. Attend the board, board committees, annual general meetings, and other relevant meetings as required.

Develop and recommend policies and the annual business plan for approval by the board.

Communicate policies and the business plan to staff, aiming to implement such policies and plans effectively.

Manage the Group structure to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Monitor adherence to approved corporate values, policies, organizational and procedural controls, and compliance requirements.

Evaluate the company’s financial, operational, and sales and marketing structures to plan for continual improvements and increased operational efficiencies.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a top-level management role within a Yayasan or non-profit organization.
• Possess at least a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• An MBA is highly advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and critical thinking skills.
• Highly adaptable, resilient, result-oriented, and performance-driven with sharp business acumen.
• Excellent leadership skills to lead a dynamic and robust team.
• Proficient in professional written and oral English; strong writing and presentation skills are preferred.
• Good understanding of finance management (e.g., P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Organizationally skilled and highly disciplined.
