Personal Assistant

Responsibilities:

  1. Design PowerPoint training slides for Directors and Managers.
  2. Arrange travel and events for Directors and Managers.
  3. Prepare documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations for Managers and Directors.
  4. Assist in researching and collecting data.
  5. Follow up with clients, chase responses, and trigger follow-up actions.
  6. Manage social media skills on TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
  7. Provide feedback to supervisors on improvement areas based on customer/client issues.
  8. Liaise with the operations team to resolve issues, follow-up, and take necessary actions.

Job Requirements:

  1. Proficient in computer technology, especially Microsoft Office applications.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Strong interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong time-management skills.
  5. Ability to follow instructions clearly and accurately within deadlines.
  6. Proactive and enthusiastic about delivering positive results.
  7. Ability to multitask effectively.
