A leading company in clean energy solutions is seeking a Business Development Analyst to maintain and analyze sales leads and prepare performance reports. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a relevant degree, and at least 3 years of experience in similar roles. Maintain and analyze the master register of Leads and Opportunities, including funnel status, sales stage progress, conversion probabilities, and projected timelines.
Develop timely, data-driven market insights and dashboards to support sales and strategy decisions.
Manage and reconcile the weekly Orderbook, tracking secured and forecasted projects, highlighting any delays against targets.
Identify and flag any deviations from standard payment terms, performance guarantees, or gross profit margins, with traceable approval documentation.
Prepare weekly and monthly business performance reports for senior management, covering pipeline movement, conversion rates, orderbook status, margin trends, and commercial variances.
Track and analyze key business development KPIs, including deal conversion rates, GP margins, and deviation frequency.
Support the business development team for bid submissions by preparing the supporting documentation such as commercial forms, tender checklists, financial summaries, and etc.
Collaborate with Marketing, Technical, Project, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to gather required inputs
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a commercial analysis, business development support, or business control role — ideally within the EPC, Renewable Energy, or Construction industries.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM/ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
Sharp analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proven ability to work cross-functionally and meet tight deadlines.
Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy, quality reporting, and continuous process improvement.
