Business Development Administrator Job Responsibilities :
1. Report Management
- Record and manage reports from Business Development (BD) team, including contracts, marketing funds and receipts.
- Ensure that all reports are up to date, accurate and properly filed for easy access and reference.
2. Meeting Reports Collection
- Collect and document reports from meetings, both online and offline, ensuring key discussions and action items are recorded.
- Distribute meeting notes to relevant stakeholders to ensure follow-up and accountability.
3. Market Research
- Conduct market research to track and analyze competitors’ activities, trends and strategies.
- Compile findings into clear, actionable reports for BD teams to stay competitive and informed.
4. Event Coordination
- Coordinate logistics for BD-related events such as seminars, gatherings, boot camps and conferences.
- Oversee venue selection, catering, materials, and any other event-related arrangements to ensure smooth execution.
5. Follow-up on Pending Reports
- Assist BD teams in tracking and reminding them of pending reports and deadlines.
- Provide timely follow-up to ensure that reports are submitted promptly and accurately.
6. Meeting Scheduling
- Manage and coordinate meeting schedules for the BD team, ensuring availability and minimizing scheduling conflicts.
- Arrange meeting rooms, virtual conference links, and any other resources necessary for successful meetings.
These responsibilities contribute to ensuring the smooth operation of BD activities, supporting the team’s efficiency and overall success.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in event coordination and administrative support.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements :
- Preferably can start immediately.
- At least 1 year of experience in any related field (background in financial industry will be added advantage).
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English & Bahasa).
- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and patience.
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Working Hours/Days :
- Working 5 Day Weekly (Monday ~ Friday)
