We’re looking for a Business Development Account Manager to join our team.

Your Day-to-Day
  • Create prospecting strategies to identify, qualify, and secure new clients
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales revenue targets
  • Deliver solution sales in person or via video call
  • Rapidly transit clients through the sales process and close them
  • Maintain deep market knowledge of clients and competitors, and industry trends
  • Provide progress reporting, delivering transparency in success and failure
  • Give rapid feedback to all teams, be accessible, and participate proactively
  • Act as a spokesperson for RinggitPlus at relevant industry events
Your Know-How
  • Minimum of 3 years of key account management experience in the digital advertising industry
  • Strong record of sales performance and a great client network waiting to hear from you
  • Knowledge of digital sales processes, digital platforms, market trends, pricing models, and client buying and budgeting patterns
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Business Tools (Gmail, Drive, etc.) know-how
  • Strong understanding of other media advertising is an advantage
  • Responsive, reliable, and results-oriented
  • Natural ability to influence clients and colleagues
  • Able to identify and define problems, and recommend solutions
  • Reliable, sociable, brave, and resourceful
