We’re looking for a driven and analytical go-getter to join our Business Development & Investor Relations team. This role sits at the intersection of corporate strategy, business development, investor engagement, and deal-making — perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Build financial models & value opportunities – Assess real estate projects, M&A deals, and assets using DCF, comps, and sensitivity analysis.
• Support deal execution – Assist in pricing, structuring, and negotiating transactions.
• Shape strategy – Analyse market trends, provide actionable insights, and guide business decisions.
• Create compelling pitch decks – Deliver sharp investor materials and board-level presentations.
• Dive into research – Understand markets, competitors, and investor sentiment to drive pipeline development.
• Get hands-on – Collaborate across functions on ad hoc projects, especially during live deals or board cycles.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, FP&A or transaction advisory.
• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field (CFA/CPA a plus).
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and PowerPoint skills.
• Analytical, proactive, and comfortable working with senior leadership.
• A team player with a sharp eye for detail and a solution-driven mindset.
• Malaysian citizen.
