Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging with potential customers to sell our products/services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit potential and existing clients to present and promote products/services

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers

Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs

Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads

Prepare and submit regular sales reports and market feedback

Represent the company professionally at all times

Requirements:

Possess minimum education level Diploma / Degree in related course

Prefer age 28-45

Proven experience in outdoor or field sales (preferred)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

Must have own transport (car)

Basic computer skills

High level of energy, self-motivation, and persistence

Willing to improve yourself & attend training / course

Willing to travel to outstation

Basic RM6,000-RM8,000 (depends on experience) + Commission + CarAllowance

13th month bonus
