Summary
Business Data Migration expert for Order to Cash on the LDC ERP program ensures data is delivered according to global, deployment, and country-specific requirements and timelines. Responsible for data migration activities in a deployment (above-country) scope, including data objects such as Customer master, Product Pricing, and Contracts. Acts as the functional Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for data migration on assigned objects for each release.
About The Role
Job Purpose
The Business Data Migration expert for Order to Cash on the LDC ERP program ensures data is delivered according to global, deployment, and country-specific requirements and timelines. Responsible for data migration activities in a deployment (above-country) scope, including data objects such as Customer master, Product Pricing, and Contracts. Acts as the functional SPoC for data migration on assigned objects for each release.
Major Accountabilities
- Perform or ensure timely completion of data cleansing tasks.
- Complete data collection for manual/construction objects on schedule.
- Collaborate with IT counterparts to prepare value mappings.
- Create and maintain master lists for assigned objects, if applicable.
- Provide business insights and information to technical teams for data extraction and conversion from legacy systems.
- Work with IT teams and country Business Data Owners to identify objects in scope per country.
- Ensure data readiness and verify quality throughout the data journey for assigned objects.
- Verify data is fit for purpose, aligning with internal and external stakeholders.
- Approve upload files before and after loading for all assigned data objects, including formal approval.
- Perform manual data loads into target clients where applicable.
- Maintain dual data management practices.
- Execute and approve data verification scripts.
- Act as SPoC during defect management in Hypercare.

- Completion of data cleansing for relevant objects within scheduled timelines.

- Resolution of major data quality issues within project schedules.
Ideal Background
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
Languages
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
Experiences
- 5+ years in country and global roles, preferably with ERP project implementation experience.
Competencies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic and hands-on working style, including running meetings, tracking progress, and issue management.
- Strong Excel skills.
Technical/Functional Skills & Knowledge
- Strong understanding of Order to Cash, Contract Management, Pricing, and Customer Master data processes.
- Experience with Data Migration preferred.
