Overview

To manage existing and acquire new commercial banking clients for the bank. This role will report to the Business Center Manager.

Job Responsibilities

• Acquire new account relationships.
• Manage a portfolio of existing Commercial Banking accounts to grow both funded and non-funded income.
• Provide value-added banking advice and customized financial solutions to optimize revenue from the portfolio.
• Prepare credit applications for new accounts and ensure timely review and renewal of existing accounts.
• Maintain acceptable asset quality by staying proactive and informed about market conditions related to portfolio accounts and industries.
• Collaborate with product partners including Trade Services, Global Markets, and Deposit & Liability Management to meet clients' financial needs comprehensively.
• Ensure banking facilities comply with credit lending policies.
• Address key risks in credit applications before submission to Wholesale Credit.
• Preserve the quality of the bank’s assets at all times.
• Monitor and encourage utilization of existing facilities to increase revenue.
• Follow up with clients to ensure acceptance and drawdown of the bank’s facilities.
