Job Description

• Work closely with the Business Control team to process credit and debit notes related to accruals.
• Review and verify the accuracy of credit and debit notes.
• Manage the offsetting of accrual accounts.
• Perform SOX controls linked to Business Control activities.
• Prepare and complete monthly closing reports.
• Assist in the development and enforcement of Business Control policies and procedures.
• Provide support for occasional ad hoc tasks, including weekend work when necessary.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Control Analyst should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous experience in Business Control is preferred.
• Experience in a Shared Service Center environment is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office applications; familiarity with SAP is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent organizational and proactive capabilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, work independently, prioritize effectively, and consistently meet deadlines.
