Job Description
- Work closely with the Business Control team to process credit and debit notes related to accruals.
- Review and verify the accuracy of credit and debit notes.
- Manage the offsetting of accrual accounts.
- Perform SOX controls linked to Business Control activities.
- Prepare and complete monthly closing reports.
- Assist in the development and enforcement of Business Control policies and procedures.
- Provide support for occasional ad hoc tasks, including weekend work when necessary.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Business Control Analyst should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in Business Control is preferred.
- Experience in a Shared Service Center environment is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office applications; familiarity with SAP is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent organizational and proactive capabilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, work independently, prioritize effectively, and consistently meet deadlines.
