Job summary

A leading ERP solutions provider is looking for a professional in Kuala Lumpur to participate in the entire life-cycle of ERP project implementations. The ideal candidate should hold a degree in Supply Chain Management and possess skills in customer relationship management. Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and the ability to travel are essential. Experience in project management and discrete manufacturing will be advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience working in an SME Manufacturing company, especially in production planning and procurement.
• Role as super user in ERP systems is advantageous.
• Experience in discrete manufacturing is a plus.
• Self-motivated, customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the entire life-cycle of Monitor ERP project implementation.
• Manage strong customer relationships and interpret business requirements.
• Drive functional requirements through documentation analysis and user interviews.
• Assist sales in pre-sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the entire life-cycle of Monitor ERP project implementation either independently or cooperatively as a team member
• To manage strong customer relationships
• To interpret customer business requirements
• To drive functional requirements through user interviews, documentation analysis & process mapping.
• Participate and help sales in pre-sales activities
  
  

Education And/or Work Experience

• Diploma/ Degree in Supply Chain Management in the areas of Production Operations, Logistics, Purchasing, Inventory Control or Warehouse Management.
• Experience of working in an SME Manufacturing company within functional areas, production planning, procurement, operational management.
• Experience in discrete manufacturing environment will be an added advantage
• Role as super user in ERP system will be an added advantage
• Experience in project management, solution architect and process mapping.
• Self-motivated, independent, customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills, quick learner & good team player
• Candidates should have own transport & possess valid driving license
• Candidates must be willing to travel nationwide as needed
