Your role
Key responsibilities include:
- Engage with walk-in customers for transaction processing and need-based discussions for cross-selling.
- Provide superior customer service to achieve CSAT scores and Mystery Shopping results.
- Carry clear targets for CASA and FD book growth, account opening, and cross-selling of PL, Credit Cards, Portfolio Sales, ASBF Funding, and other products.
- Use I-Pads or other devices for customer service and cross-selling where applicable.
- Assist in calling customers for service and sales interactions.
- Carry out Branch RCSA through sample checking and effective rectification.
- Accept and process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, remittances, ANSB, and other bank products timely and accurately.
- Over-ride transactions within bank-defined limits.
- Manage overall branch cash holding and end-of-day cash balancing (for Chief Cashier role).
- Comply with staff rotation guidelines for operational risk mitigation.
- Observe and comply with the Bank’s Code of Conduct & Ethics.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and bank information.
- Keep a clean, organized work area and maintain professional appearance.
- Attend all applicable trainings including e-learning and Workday.
- File reports and assist in branch housekeeping activities as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned periodically.

- Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant work experience are welcome.
- Experience in financial institutions or related fields preferred.
- Customer interaction, cash handling, transaction processing, and sales experience.
- Basic banking knowledge.
- High level of integrity and accountability.
- Excellent service mindset, communication, and cross-selling skills.
- Professional appearance and courtesy.
- Optional certifications: FIMM / UT license, PCE & TBE license.
