  1. Generate and qualify leads from internal and external lists to achieve acquisition goals
  2. Source and develop client referrals to achieve acquisition goals
  3. Develop sales proposals and customize them for each client
  4. Schedule sales activities to ensure a healthy sales pipeline
  5. Make sales calls to potential and existing clients
  6. Negotiate effectively with clients
  7. Conduct briefings and training sessions for clients
  8. Respond to sales inquiries and concerns via phone, electronic communication, or in person
  9. Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain good client relationships
  10. Follow up on sales activities to close deals and open accounts promptly
  11. Monitor and report on sales activities for management review
  12. Conduct market research and surveys
  13. Participate in sales events and roadshows where applicable
  14. Monitor competitors, market conditions, and product development
  15. Ensure compliance with guidelines and regulations in all tasks
  16. Collaborate with other departments to create a unified customer experience
  17. Create an achievement-oriented work environment
  18. Prioritize the long-term interests of ETC customers over short-term gains
  19. Continuously work to improve business, build brand awareness, and enhance customer experience
  20. Ensure timely delivery of all sales proposals within scope
