About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business & Channel Expert to join our growing team, responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market share in the Northern Region of Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the Consumer Electric Industry and possess strong Product Training Skills to support channel partners and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets and drive business growth in the Northern Region of Malaysia, covering both modern trade and general trade channels.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with distributors, key accounts, retailers, and business partners.
  • Conduct product knowledge training and selling skill workshops for trade partners, store staff, and internal sales teams.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to identify growth opportunities and develop strategic action plans.
  • Provide regular sales performance reports, market feedback, and improvement recommendations to the management team.
  • Work closely with the marketing and trade marketing teams to execute promotional activities and trade programs.
  • Monitor and ensure effective in-store execution, visibility, and merchandising according to company guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry, preferably handling the Northern Region of Malaysia.
  • Strong background in product training, coaching, or facilitation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willing to travel extensively within the Northern Region of Malaysia.
