Business Central Developer

Summary

We are seeking a Business Central Developer for a leading Electrical Wire Harness Manufacturer to develop, customize and Integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

The developer will ensure optimal performance and seamless operation of the D365 BC solutions and provide ongoing system enhancements, support, integrations and optimizations.

Working Location: Ipoh, Malaysia.

Job Responsibilities

• Working with stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into developed solutions through Business Central capabilities and ensuring the system is effectively utilized.
• Customizing existing functionality withing D365 BC using AL code, extensions and integrations to meet AME Systems business processes and objectives.
• Create and maintain RDL report within BC and Power BI, creating workflows with Power Automate.
• Ensure data consistency and integrity and data cleansing activities pre-integration and post-integration.
• Perform system testing, UAT and supporting end-users during the testing phase.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for developments, issues and ensuring system stability.
• Develop test plans, test cases and test scripts and provide Key User Training.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in Dynamics 365 Business Central Development.
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer Associate or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Experience with API integrations and web services, creating extensions and developments in D365 Business Central, ideally for manufacturing modules.
• Experience in migration/implementation project lifecycle.
• Ability to effectively explain and communicate D365 BC developments and solutions to non-technical business stakeholders.
• Experience in SQL and database management.
• Project experience with Agile development strategies and Microsoft Products will be advantageous.
