Job description

We are currently working with a Global Insurance company for their Finance Transformation program. This is one of the biggest multi-year program within the company, and we have multiple headcounts for this project. This candidate will sit in Kuala Lumpur while working closely with global stakeholders.

This role will work on end to end testing, partnership with the Finance, Accounting, and Reporting team. You will manage all the UAT strategy, testing plan, and execution for the delivery.

Role and Responsibility:

  • Drive standardisation and simplification to create operating cost efficiency, increased automation, reduced manual work and consequently increased job satisfaction
  • Document the user acceptance test plan to cover the milestone, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies (e.g. IT environments) to deliver to the agreed plan
  • Lead the development of user acceptance test cases with own in-depth technical analysis of both functional and non-functional specifications.
  • Review of user acceptance test cases to ensure appropriate coverage of the test activities to validate the sign off of the requirements in UAT
  • Own the test completion report that documents the test results and findings of the testing to support BU sign off and acceptance of the UAT.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of testing and project management experience within the Insurance industry
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP and Finance and Accounting Reporting processes
  • Hands-on with unit test, functional test, SIT, E2E Testing and UAT
  • Excellent understanding of finance data, systems, and processes
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
