Job summary

Accenture Malaysia is hiring a Business Architecture Manager - SAP Finance Data ETL to lead data migration and ETL initiatives within the ERP Programme Project. You will design, develop and maintain data solutions, build pipelines, ensure data quality and drive cross-team collaboration.

You will act as a subject-matter expert, mentor a team, and align data engineering with business milestones while improving system performance and data accessibility.

Business Architecture Manager - SAP Finance Data ETL

We are seeking a new talent to join the SAP Finance Data ETL team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project ERP Programme Project.

Job Role:

• As a Data Migration Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data solutions that support data generation, collection, and processing.
• Your day-to-day activities will include creating data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and implementing extract, transform and load processes to migrate and deploy data across systems.
• You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
• Providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams is also a key expectation.
• Expert proficiency in SAP Data Migration is required. Expert proficiency in Data Migrations and advanced proficiency in Syniti ADM for SAP are suggested.
• Lead the design and optimization of scalable data migration strategies to enhance system integration and performance.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align data engineering efforts with business objectives and project milestones.
• Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.
• Analyze complex data challenges and develop innovative solutions that improve data accuracy and accessibility.
• Monitor and evaluate data pipeline performance, implementing enhancements to ensure reliability and efficiency.
