Key Responsibilities
- Project Support
Support the planning and execution of assigned project tasks to meet timelines and objectives. Assist in coordinating project-related activities across cross-functional teams. Monitor project progress, milestones, and risks, and maintain up-to-date documentation. Prepare presentations and status updates highlighting key metrics and project developments for management review. - Data & Business Analysis
Collect and analyze operational and business data to support continuous improvement initiatives. Identify trends and provide actionable insights to enhance performance. Assist in the development of reports and dashboards using tools such as Excel and Power BI. Collaborate with teams to ensure data accuracy and relevance for informed decision-making. - Stakeholder Coordination
Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to support project implementation. Provide timely updates on project developments, issues, and risks. Support communication and coordination efforts to align stakeholders with project objectives. - Operational & System Support
Assist in the implementation of improved business processes and workflows. Contribute to system testing, data validation, and issue tracking during deployments. Monitor team task progress to support the timely achievement of project goals.
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, or a related field.
- Familiarity with project workflows, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience with ERP systems or workflow tools is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
- Proficient in Excel and reporting tools such as Power BI.
- Solid understanding of project documentation and tracking tools.
- Basic knowledge of business process mapping and workflow optimization.
- Good command of English (both spoken and written); proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Willingness to travel when required.
