SAP ARIBA/ LOGISTICS - ASSOCIATE BUSINESS ANALYST

Job Roles:

1. Provide support maintenance services and issue resolution for SAP Ariba and SAP MM.
2. Implement projects, enhancement and support operations within SLA and ensure the work is carried out according to defined SOPs.
3. Conduct requirement study with business users for new projects and enhancement.
4. Prepare design documents, test scripts and others necessary in accordance with SOP.
5. Act as the touch point for users of those modules for issues, queries, and enhancements.
6. Facilitate system improvements and enhancements that would minimize manual operations.
7. Work independently to find solutions, be it doing research, or liaising with consultants and other external parties.
8. Provide training to end-users when required or as requested by them.
9. Assess impact of support issues and recommend for enhancement and resolution, where suitable.
10. Determine requirements and deliverables through discussions with users and client, where applicable.
11. Ensure proposal, change request or service order fulfills user requirements in terms of scope, deliverables and timing.

Job Requirements:

1. Degree in IT or related field with working knowledge of applications support, system troubleshooting.
2. Preferably with 2 years SAP Ariba and SAP MM experience in vendor or end user environment.
3. Involvement in 1 full cycle of SAP Ariba procure to pay system implementation.
4. Flexible to work both in projects and support team.
5. Pleasant personality, with good people handling and communication skills.
6. A self-starter and able to work independently.
7. Good understanding in business process flow in an integrated system environment.
