Job Description
  1. Perform Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) tasks.
  2. Maintain daily standard SAP operations and perform cost calculations (e.g., product master data, standard cost, transfer price).
  3. Handle monthly closing processes using SAP FI-CO module.
  4. Prepare actual/forecast reports, including cost tracking, productivity tracking, and forecast analysis database.
  5. Ensure data quality, focusing on consistency and completeness.
  6. Conduct plausibility checks of reports to ensure accuracy.
  7. Identify and correct errors in reports and data.
  8. Coordinate and execute standard reporting processes efficiently.
  9. Ensure timely delivery of data and reports.
  10. Optimize reporting processes and workflows for efficiency.
Qualifications
  1. Degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
  2. Fresh graduates with a passion and willingness to take on challenges are welcome.
  3. Preferably with experience in a manufacturing environment and multinational corporations, especially in plant controlling and reporting.
  4. Capable of efficiently performing routine reporting tasks such as data collection, validation, plausibility checks, and report generation.
  5. Strong analytical skills to evaluate financial data.
  6. Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable.
  7. Team player with high motivation, self-driven, results-oriented, and future-focused.
  8. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  9. Knowledge of Financial IT systems or other digital tools is an advantage.
  10. Committed to continuous improvement.
  11. Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
