Job Description
- Perform Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) tasks.
- Maintain daily standard SAP operations and perform cost calculations (e.g., product master data, standard cost, transfer price).
- Handle monthly closing processes using SAP FI-CO module.
- Prepare actual/forecast reports, including cost tracking, productivity tracking, and forecast analysis database.
- Ensure data quality, focusing on consistency and completeness.
- Conduct plausibility checks of reports to ensure accuracy.
- Identify and correct errors in reports and data.
- Coordinate and execute standard reporting processes efficiently.
- Ensure timely delivery of data and reports.
- Optimize reporting processes and workflows for efficiency.
Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
- Fresh graduates with a passion and willingness to take on challenges are welcome.
- Preferably with experience in a manufacturing environment and multinational corporations, especially in plant controlling and reporting.
- Capable of efficiently performing routine reporting tasks such as data collection, validation, plausibility checks, and report generation.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate financial data.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable.
- Team player with high motivation, self-driven, results-oriented, and future-focused.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Financial IT systems or other digital tools is an advantage.
- Committed to continuous improvement.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
