- Involve in tendering process as well as pre-sales meetings with BUs
- Interact with the business stakeholders and subject matter experts in order to understand their problems and needs
- Gather documents and analyzes business needs and requirements from customers and internal users
- Take part in SOP/EDI flow discussion with business stakeholders
- Define project plans for system implementation
- Analyzing the design of technical systems and business models for Integrated Logistics.
- Prepare requirement specification and interact with system architects and developers to ensure the project/system is properly implemented
- Carry out system integration test with developers
- Conduct UAT with operation teams and customers
- Provide training to end users if needed
- System support for end users
