This role reports directly to the Sales Director and leads a team of 6-7 members. It plays a key role in overseeing end-to-end commercial administration across General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), and PKCVS channels. The role ensures accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in sales processes, manages a multi-regional team, and collaborates cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sales Administration & Trade Spend Governance: Lead the full sales administration process from order management to trade spend validation across GT, MT, and PKCVS channels.
  • KPI Incentive Program Oversight: Coordinate and validate monthly and quarterly KPI submissions from sales teams and exclusives, ensuring alignment with performance metrics and incentive eligibility.
  • Team Leadership & People Management: Supervise a team of 6-7 sales administrators across different regions and portfolios. Delegate responsibilities and monitor SLA fulfillment and reporting accuracy.
  • System & Process Improvement: Drive enhancements in order management systems and approval workflows. Coordinate IT access control, system updates, and internal training for new implementations.

Job Requirements:

  • Familiarity with FMCG distribution operations and channel segmentation
  • Strong leadership and cross-departmental coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple systems and implement process improvements
  • Proficiency in Excel, EPICOR systems, and commercial documentation
