We are seekingBusiness Analyst who will work closely with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry to understand and analyze business needs, identify opportunities for process improvements, and support data-driven decision-making. This role requires a combination of healthcare knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex information to both clinical and non-clinical teams.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clinical teams, including doctors, nurses, and administrators, to identify operational inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions.
- Gather, analyze, and interpret healthcare data to provide actionable insights that support decision-making. Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations for senior leadership.
- Identify areas for process optimization and work with cross-functional teams to implement changes that enhance operational efficiency, patient care, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Act as a liaison between clinical, operational, and IT teams to ensure effective communication of requirements and the successful delivery of projects.
- Work with healthcare professionals to gather and document business requirements for new initiatives, ensuring they align with clinical and operational goals.
- Support the implementation and optimization of healthcare management systems, Electronic Health Records (EHR), and other relevant technologies.
- Ensure that all business processes and systems comply with relevant healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH).
- Provide training to clinical staff and other end-users on new systems and processes.
Requirements:
- Open to Candidates/ freshers/1-3 years clinical practice who are looking to transition into a business-focused role.Previous experience in the healthcare industry (doctors, nurses, or other clinical roles) is preferred.
- Ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and present insights in a clear and actionable manner.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clinical staff, IT teams, and senior management.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to analyze complex healthcare challenges and develop solutions.
- Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR), Healthcare Management Systems, and/or other healthcare software applications is a plus.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when analyzing data or managing requirements.
- Previous experience in a business analyst role or similar function is a plus. Experience managing or supporting healthcare-related projects is a plus.
- Familiarity with HIPAA, HITECH, and other healthcare compliance requirements. Business Analysis certification (CBAP, CCBA) or healthcare-related certifications (e.g., Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality, or Certified Health Informatics Systems Professional) are advantageous.
