Your Role

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and process documentation.
  • Conduct gap analysis and recommend data-driven solutions for process improvement.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to support business transformation.
  • Create and execute communication and training plans to drive user adoption.
  • Conduct impact assessments and readiness evaluations for upcoming changes.
  • Monitor project progress, adoption rates, and report on key performance indicators.
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and feedback sessions.
  • Identify and manage resistance to change, providing coaching and support as needed

Your Skills And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Good experience in business analysis, change management, or a combined role.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies and business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Excel).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across departments
