Job DescriptionIn your new role you will:
- Support the documentation digitization strategy as IT Application Owner, collaborating with documentation teams, central functions, and management.
- Maintain a value-driven roadmap for assigned technical documentation applications, aligning with internal business owners, key stakeholders, development teams (internal and external), and software vendors.
- Manage the application backlog by collecting change requests and new requirements from internal users, drawing use-case diagrams and content flows, and definingacceptance criteria.
- Support the team when defining semantic content and data modelling, information architecture, single-sourcing and reuse strategies, end-to-end integration, and overall governance for technical content management processes and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the application backlog is refined, prioritized, and ready for sprint planning.
- Coordinate the release calendar of applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Write and maintain application documentation, including functional specifications, use cases, and onboarding process.
- Assess user and stakeholder impacts, facilitating a smooth and effective Change Management journey.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, includingSprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams, stakeholders, and product owners, identify and mediate impediments to the progress of teams.
- Define the metrics, generate and evaluate regular reports regarding the assigned applications usage, sprint progress, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging techniques in areas like collaboration, development, implementation, technical documentation, Agile, and SAFe.
Your ProfileYou are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science,or any equivalent course.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience(Scrum Master/ Project Manager/Product Owner).
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean
- Experience with user journey mapping, use case diagrams, process flows, and impact analysis.
- Familiarity with content modelling and information architecture.
- Proven ability in leading diverse teams towards a successfulapplication deployment.
- Proficiency in leading and managing remote Agile teams and maintaining a strong virtual team culture.
- Effective skills in conveying technical requirements and negotiating project priorities with stakeholders, ability to manage disagreements within the team, and troubleshoot issues during the project lifecycle.
- Experience working in collaboration platforms as Jira/ Azure DevOps, and Confluence.
- Preferred experience and knowledgewith semantic XML content management, information architecture, content workflows, and content delivery in multiple formats (HTML, PDF, XML, etc.).
- Knowledge of DITA Specification, DITA Open Toolkit, and XML development.
- Experience inoXygen application framework, and component content management systems.
- Experience working in a Scaled Agile environment, with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Scaled Agile certification, such as SAFe Scrum Master(SSM) or SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM).
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, on-time delivery, and good communication skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
