Job description

Responsibilities

Business Process Improvement

  • Support the Business Transformation Manager in process standardization and project execution.
  • Assist with assigned projects, document requirements, and ensure timelines and objectives are met.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and Technical Teams on business processes, system flows, and integrations.
  • Lead requirement gathering sessions to define current (‘As-Is’) and future (‘To-Be’) process designs.
  • Analyze processes and work with stakeholders to develop optimized business solutions.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Conduct Fit-Gap analysis and work with stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Partner with stakeholders to address challenges and support decision-making.
  • Develop technical and user documentation for business requirements and proposed solutions.
  • Track and document changes in functional process mapping and process improvements.
  • Assist in designing and implementing solutions with internal teams and external consultants.
  • Support testing, rollout, and performance tracking of new tools and business processes.
  • Handle additional responsibilities and adapt to changing organizational needs.

Data & Reporting Management

  • Oversee data governance, standardization, and project-related data requirements.
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure data ownership and stewardship for Master Data Governance.
  • Participate in data cleansing activities with business teams and IT.
  • Support corporate data governance to maintain data integrity.
  • Assist in transition and migration efforts.
  • Contribute to master data standardization and alignment with global financial reporting standards.
  • Identify reporting improvements across business units.
  • Develop Power BI dashboards for KPI collaboration.
  • Partner with stakeholders to establish standardized regional corporate reports and controls.

Project Coordination & Management

  • Work with Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle and mitigate risks.
  • Ensure stakeholder meetings result in clear action plans.
  • Manage change processes by engaging stakeholders and addressing resistance.

Requirements:

  • 5 years or more experiences in Corporate Finance or FP&A or Business Analysis
  • Degree in Accounting & Finance / Business Administration / Economics or possess Data Analytics Certification
  • Exhibit good knowledge of business operations
  • Experience in financial system administration.
  • Knowledge in the analysis of business requirements & project co-ordination on a regional basis
  • Developing requirements and must be able to transform an idea/ strategy into execution through project implementation
  • Successfully contributed to Business / Finance improvement projects on a regional basis
  • Ability to create business requirement specifications
  • Experience in managing Master Data eg Common Chart of Accounts, Product & Item Mater, Project Master, Customer, Vendor
  • Data Management & Performance Reporting & Business Analysis
  • Experience in data cleansing, data mapping, standardization & data migration activities.
  • Good understanding of ERP modules such as Project Accounting, Project Operations, GL as well as Business Intelligence & Analytical Tools (eg Tableau, Power BI, Anaplan, IBM Cognos Analytics) will be an advantage
