Job summary

A leading company in Malaysia is seeking a Business Analyst to engage with customers for requirements gathering and system analysis. The role includes designing functional documentation, developing test scenarios, and providing consultancy on system products. Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years working experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent.
• Experience in the Insurance Industry or Banking/Rewards/Loyalty Systems is advantageous.
• Good command of English; Mandarin ability is a plus.

• Perform the requirements gathering with customer.
• Perform analysis on customer requirements.
• Design and document the functional details.
• Provide consultancy on the system product. Training will be provided by Product Team to understand the reward system product.
• Perform configuration of the system based on input of functional details and business requirements.
• Develop the test scenarios and test scripts.
• Carry out the testing including the mobile application, web application and administration portal testing.
• Supporting the customer during the testing.
• Conduct the training to the customer.
• Perform the system functional maintenance support.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years working experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent position.
• Working Experience in Insurance Industry or Mobile Banking/Internet Banking/Rewards System/Loyalty System/Marketplace would be an added advantage.
• Good command of English, ability to converse in Mandarin will be a plus point.
• Good interpersonal skills, a team player and able to work independently.
• Must be analytical and a problem-solver.
• Willing to travel and be based overseas if needed.
