Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business needs and technology solutions, analyzing data, defining requirements, and delivering insights to drive business performance and support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
• Evaluate current business processes and identify areas for improvement or automation.
• Develop detailed business models, flowcharts, and documentation.
• Conduct market, competitor, and financial analysis to support business strategy.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for IT teams or external vendors.
• Assist in the design and implementation of new systems or process improvements.
• Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and provide training and support as needed.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience (2–3 years) as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong understanding of business processes and project management.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AI
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, Six Sigma) are a plus.
