Job description

Directly reports to Group Chief Executive Officer (Group CEO).

Identify business needs and gather, analyze and interpret relevant business data to support strategic decision making.

Prepare and evaluate analysis such as macro-environment, market trends, competitors and technology trends that will impact business strategies and operations.

Conduct detailed analysis to outline challenges and propose effective solutions to Group CEO.

Work closely with teams across departments to align business strategies, objectives and goals.

Assist in planning, tracking, evaluating business projects, ensure timely execution of recommended solutions and continuously improving business processes.

Develop and maintain project timeline for strategies and ensure each initiative is met and deliverables align with business objectives.

Define, monitor and analyze business metrics to measure success and drive improvements.

Identify potential risks in business operations and provide mitigation strategies.

Support the development of sustainable business practices to align with business goals and participate in sustainability initiatives.

Stay current on industry best practices, trends, and digital tools in business analysis.

Perform proper filing and management of company documents.

Keep the reporting superior informed on the progress of assigned tasks.

Participate in ad-hoc request.

Requirements

Candidate must posses at least a degree in Business Administration or Economics.

Candidate must have at least two years of full-time working experience as a business analyst.

Candidate must able to travel and posses a valid driving license.

Computer literacy : Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint for data visualization, reporting and presentations.

Strong understanding of generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot or DeepSeek.

Strong interpersonal skills to engage and influence diverse teams.
