N2N Connect Berhad is hiring a Full time Business Analyst role in Bangsar South, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur. Apply now to be part of our team.

Job summary:

• Flexible hours available
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
• Expected salary: RM4,000 - RM5,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

• Primarily responsible for liaising between client users and the IT development project group in terms of user requirement specification pertaining to business requirements.
• Facilitating analysis of business requirements with Project teams and Business Users, throughout the full development life cycle from project initiation through implementation and post-support.
• Prepare the functional and technical specifications, process flows, and use-case diagrams.
• Prepare technical product documentation.
• Assist in preparing test cases and performing functional, acceptance, and regression testing.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in IT or equivalent, with at least 3 years relevant work experience.
• Proficient in Power BI / Tableau, MSSQL, Jira & Confluence.
• Pleasant, warm, and cheerful personality with strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• People-centric with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in English (ability to speak in Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese would be beneficial).
