Job description

• Prepare documentation in English and Mandarin form
• Map business processes using best practices of backlog management and version control with tools
• Study end-user requirements and produce Software Requirement Specification
• Ability to understand product and business requirements and translate them into documentable technical product detail references
• Conducting user acceptance tests
• Propose ideas and solutions according to various project business models
• Establish professional relationships with cross-functional teams
• Ad-hoc reporting

Job Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management / Marketing / IT / Computer Science / Computer Engineering or any equivalent
• Effective problem-solving and a team player
• Good analytical & troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of software development cycle and logic
• Familiar business analyst role with a basic programming background
• Proficient in database structure will be an added advantage
• Required language: Mandarin (Read & Write – Compulsory) due to business needs.
