We Are Hiring:

We are on the lookout for dynamic individuals to join our team as Business Analyst, specializing in Information Technology. In this role, you will be a key contributor in the areas as follows:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into actionable tasks for the development team.
  • Support the evaluation of the potential cost and benefit of IT solutions while ensuring the timely delivery of project scope.
  • Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to ensure project timelines, budget, and quality standards are met.
  • Design solutions that meet business needs through functional specifications, workflows, and process diagrams.
  • Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project goals.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving technical and operational issues promptly.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by developing test plans, cases, and scenarios. Ensure deliverables meet business requirements and are free of defects.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, providing updates on milestones, challenges, and deliverables.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance project outcomes.

Your application will stand out if you have:

  • 5 to 8 years of IT experience, including hands-on web development.
  • Proven ability to manage IT projects using methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, data analysis tools, troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in application development; financial institution background is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members effectively.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
