Job summary

Visionwide Consultancy Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an IPO Consultant to manage consulting projects across various markets including Hong Kong and Singapore. The successful candidate will conduct financial assessments, prepare proposals for M&A, and liaise with investors. Applicants should possess a degree in Accounting or Finance, along with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, and be fluent in both English and Mandarin.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines; Minimum 3 years of audit and/or finance experience, preferably from reputable firms; Experience in IPO and M&A projects is a strong advantage; Proficient in both English and Mandarin (as many of our clients are from Mainland China); Positive attitude, reliable, detail-oriented, and well-organized; Independent, self-motivated, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead IPO consulting projects (Hong Kong, NASDAQ, SGX, and Malaysia);
• Conduct pre-IPO assessments and financial due diligence reviews;
• Develop proposals for fundraising and M&A transactions;
• Act as a liaison between investors and project owners;
• Assist in deal structuring and negotiations;
• Travel to Hong Kong, Mainland China, and Singapore as required.
