We are looking for a meticulous Business Admin Executive to join Johor Bahru office and play an essential role in ensuring smooth daily operation of the company with the Business Team.

Job Responsibilities

Quotations, Invoicing, General bookkeeping

Manage daily administrative operation and processes

Keep well-organised files, records and databases of business activity

Follow up on business communications, billing, and ordering

Schedule and remind appointments, meetings and events

Requirements

Diploma or equivalent in Accounting,Finance, Business Administration, or related disciplines

Min 2 year of relevant working experience.

Experience in accounting software like Xero, QBO, or other similar solutions

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and computer skills

Strong interest in technology is a big plus!
