Job summary

A leading property management company in Cyberjaya is seeking an Executive to inspect facilities, handle tenant complaints, and assist in M&E operations. This full-time role requires 1-3 years experience and proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Candidates with a SPM or Diploma in a related field are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in property maintenance or management.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia required.
• Candidates should possess own transport (motorcycle).

Responsibilities

• Inspect common areas and report maintenance issues.
• Assist in M&E operations and liaise with contractors.
• Complete installations of M&E equipment efficiently.

Job description

• Carry out inspection on all the common area facilities and lighting on a periodic basis;
• Attend to owner’s/tenant’s complaint regarding maintenance issues;
• Assist building executive in the operation and maintenance of the M&E equipments;
• Liase with appointed contractors for repair and maintenance works.
• To complete new installations of M&E equipment as efficiently as possible to minimize disruption of service;
• Ensure all M&E tools and equipment is in order and kept in a safe place.
