Education level requirement: Degree in Facilities Management/Building Services/Civil Engineering.
Preferred working experience: 8-10 years in facilities management industry.
Job Description
- Manage soft services operations in the plant, including SLA review, KPI, and service renewal.
- Soft services include, but are not limited to, housekeeping, ground maintenance, cafeteria cleaning, recycling & non-recycling waste management, cafeteria operation, bus management, pest control, sewerage system maintenance, landscaping, hygiene services, gymnasium equipment, dock leveler, sanitization services, fish pond, and aquarium services.
- Supervise facilities infrastructure systems to ensure operational continuity with no downtime to production.
- Plan and execute daily repair and maintenance for facility infrastructure defects.
- Monitor and oversee all maintenance programs under the Civil division.
- Drive cost-saving initiatives aligned with company financial goals while improving service delivery and user experience.
- Ensure compliance with RBA, regulatory authorities, and NXP standards.
- Report, track, and monitor progress of minor projects on-site.
- Maintain proper records and report findings to management as necessary.
- Provide technical guidance to technicians and workers for in-house repairs and maintenance.
- Prepare technical reports and data to support management decisions.
- Meet team KPIs and support management planning.
- Assist engineers and managers from other departments in planning and executing work.
- Attend and supervise site visits related to civil and infrastructure systems.
Requirements
- Knowledge and experience in construction, commissioning, and maintenance.
- Experience in soft services management and procurement processes.
- Experience working in a cleanroom environment and semiconductor industry is an advantage.
- Ability to supervise technicians, workers, contractors, and vendors.
