Job description

Responsible for project planning, leading, coordinating, and monitoring overall construction works/budgets while complying with our company's Quality Management System (ISO 9001), (QSHE), JKKP requirements, and Project Quality Plan (PQP) to accomplish the project objectives (Time, Costs, Quality, Safety & Environmentally friendly) as per contract obligations diligently.

Manage and ensure all quality aspects are achieved as per PQP and the Client’s requirements (Classic scoring points stated in the contract) throughout the construction stage.

Plan, attend, and manage the infrastructure’s joint inspection with local authorities, project consultants, and subcontractors.

Collaborate with engineers, architects, etc., to determine project specifications.

Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines are met.

Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics, etc., and guide them when needed.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil/Structural/Architecture/Building/Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of building construction experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a main contractor firm.
• Possess analytical skills, meticulous, positive working attitude, commitment, good interpersonal skills, and follow-up skills.
• Able to work independently and interact efficiently at all levels, liaising with relevant authorities, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of the project.
• Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in contractual correspondence writing and computer skills (Microsoft Office, Project, AutoCAD).
