Job description

Assist in managing all residents' complaints, concerns, and issues in the building.

Manage and complete all necessary arrangements for meetings and events as requested by the Management Committee (MC).

Inspect and ensure the maintenance of the building.

Supervise other management staff when on duty in the building, including security and cleaning services.

Provide quality service to the MC and all residents.

Address any concerns about the building and maintenance to the MC.

Attend to emergency and maintenance calls in the building after office hours.

Carry out other duties related to the work as directed by the MC and the company.

Handle cash management and accounting.

Patrol the building and handle problems according to policies and procedures.

Act as a liaison between facility users and various operations, with a focus on customer service.

Set up rooms for major events, meetings, and conferences.

Manage and monitor various service providers such as waste collection, pest control, elevator maintenance, and service reports.

Submit all letters, notices, minutes, and other documents to the Area Manager or Headquarters for proofreading before submission to the committees.

Ensure all work is done according to the Standard Operating Procedure and the Strata Management Act 757.

Carry out any other tasks or assignments that may be assigned by the Area Manager and/or Director as necessary.

REQUIREMENTS

Candidate must possess at least a Professional cert/Diploma/Degree, preferable related to property management.

At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Must have experience in managing shopping malls/commercial buildings.

Good writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Good knowledge in strata Management act 2013 (Act 757).

Excellent communicator; able to understand instructions and communicate effectively.

Comfortable in handling confidential information.

Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Good technical skills.

Willing to travel outstation and relocate.

Position(s) available in Setia Alam, Shah Alam and Subang area.
