Job description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Inspect Common Areas
  2. Attending queries from committee members
  3. Handle Resident’s complaints
  4. Handle & Manage services providers
  5. Getting Approval to issue cheque & payment voucher
  6. Create planning
  7. Manage Technician & Handyman’s Operations
  8. Create Agenda, Meeting & Minutes of Meetings
  9. Issue Memos and notices
  10. Bank-in collection, Budgeting, Accounts, Issue Invoice, collect payment
  11. Issue Receipt (maintenance, overnight parking) and Statements
  12. Handle Bookings, Renovation, Moving in & out
  13. Issue Payment Voucher & Cheque
  14. Receive / Update application of Access cards
  15. Fillings & Documentations as per instructions
  16. Reply emails (Payment & Booking Only and other matters)
  17. Submit reports
  18. Facilitate Quotation & etc.
  19. Ensure the client's original receipts are issued daily according to requests

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in any related field
  2. More than 4 years of working experience
  3. Proactive and eager to learn
