Job Responsibilities
Inspect Common Areas
Attending queries from committee members
Handle Resident’s complaints
Handle & Manage services providers
Getting Approval to issue cheque & payment voucher
Create planning
Manage Technician & Handyman’s Operations
Create Agenda, Meeting & Minutes of Meetings
Issue Memos and notices
Bank-in collection, Budgeting, Accounts, Issue Invoice, collect payment
Issue Receipt (maintenance, overnight parking) and Statements
Handle Bookings, Renovation, Moving in & out
Issue Payment Voucher & Cheque
Receive / Update application of Access cards
Fillings & Documentations as per instructions
Reply emails (Payment & Booking Only and other matters)
Submit reports
Facilitate Quotation & etc.
Ensure the client's original receipts are issued daily according to requests
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any related field
More than 4 years of working experience
