Plan, manage, supervise, co-ordinate and monitor all building operations including the use of the common area, access control, security procedures, cleaning, building maintenance, lifts usage, tenant conditions, and parking management.
Plan and prepare monthly maintenance reports.
Prepare a monthly report on the status of building defects/complaints and provide recommendation actions.
Ensure all authority regulations are complied with and all licenses, authority registrations, and inspections pertaining to facilities are renewed on time.
Supervise facilities and building upgrading, refurbishing, and renovation work.
Source contractors/vendors for facilities, maintenance, and operations of the building facility.
Prepare yearly maintenance budget and manage it as planned.
Develop and maintain safety and security strategies as well as policies and procedures to protect the Company’s properties, tenants, and customers.
Responsible for evacuation drills and planning of emergency response procedures.
Carry out any other duties as instructed by the Management from time to time.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Building, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or Property Management.
At least 10 years of working experience in the related field.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.
Knowledge of authority regulations, BOMBA Act, Building By-Law, and OSHA Act.
Familiar with Strata Management Act 2013 rules and orders.
