Job summary

ECS Facility Management Sdn Bhd in Petaling is seeking a dedicated Building Technician to support residential and commercial property management operations. You will perform daily maintenance, monitor M&E systems, respond to breakdowns, and coordinate with contractors to ensure quality work.

The ideal candidate has a certificate/diploma in electrical, mechanical, or related fields, with basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and HVAC, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Certificate/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
• Experience in property/building maintenance is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge in electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, and handyman works.
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently.
• Willing to work on standby or overtime when required.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily maintenance and repair works for building facilities.
• Monitor M&E systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, pumps, and lighting.
• Attend to breakdowns, complaints, and emergency maintenance.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Liaise with contractors and ensure works are completed properly.
• Maintain proper service records and reports.
• Ensure building safety and compliance at all times.
