Job description

Responsibilities

• Technical director responsible for technical management or software integration developing of BSS (business support system) project.
• Technical management including such as delivery solution design and review, issue and risk management, scope and schedule management etc.
• BSS integration software developing and release management.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Telco & IT Industry.
• Experience in the following Huawei (or equivalent) solution is a plus, like NGBSS/BES, CRM, CBS.
• Good communication and people management skill.

Professional Knowledge

• Master and flexibly apply the professional knowledge on technical management.
• Be familiar with the integrated delivery mode of projects in the telecom industry, and have good skill and experience on Infrastructure, network connectivity, hardware/software installation, and 3rd party integration and service cutover.
• Have background knowledge about software solutions such as NGBSS/BES, CBS, and OCS and experience in implementing solutions for software products such as NGBSS/BES, CBS, and OCS.
• Be familiar with the basic principles and knowledge of the telecom industry and have a sense of teamwork.

• Be able to lead the team and solve complex technical issue.
