About The Employer:
We are a developer of proprietary technology, platforms, products, and services for the Australian financial markets. With 500 team members across 11 offices in Australia, plus offices in London, New York, Hong Kong, and Kuala Lumpur, we provide full-service and online broking, capital markets, and financial advisory services to private, institutional, and corporate clients.

We seek professional, customer-centric team members to join our award-winning customer service team in supporting both retail clients and financial advisers.

Work Arrangements:

Physical office-based work arrangement with flexibility of 10 days WFH allowance per annum.

Basic Salary:

RM3000 - RM5500

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Resolve client requests and enquiries via calls, emails, and live chats regarding account opening, security quotes, orders, client portfolios, share transfers, corporate actions, product offerings, and services of the Online Trading platform, and other queries related to share trading.
  2. Maintain client accounts and liaise with internal departments to effectively resolve issues.
  3. Participate in project work as required.
  4. Participate in outbound calling as requested.
  5. Provide customer training and troubleshooting.
  6. Stay updated with products and offerings through briefings, training, and product write-ups.
  7. Escalate higher-level issues such as complaints to the appropriate officer.
  8. Engage in continual education on the ASX.
Job Requirements:
  1. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  2. Degree holders from any field are welcome, with a preference for candidates from Finance, Investment, and Accounting backgrounds.
  3. The company sponsors broker's certification exams; salary increases upon certification (up to RM1,000 for 3 papers), along with transport allowance and parking claims for those working on AU/US shifts.
  4. Monday to Friday schedule, off on weekends. Candidates working on Malaysian public holidays will receive replacement leave.
  5. Public transport friendly - KL ECO City.
