Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Resolve client requests and enquiries via calls, emails, and live chats related to account opening, security quotes, orders, client portfolios, share transfers, corporate actions, product offerings, and services of the Online Trading platform, as well as other share trading queries.
2. Maintain client accounts and liaise with internal departments to resolve client queries effectively.
3. Participate in project work as required.
4. Engage in outbound calling as requested.
5. Provide customer training and troubleshooting support.
6. Stay updated on products and offerings through briefings, training, product write-ups, and other materials.
7. Escalate higher-level issues, such as complaints, to the appropriate officer.
8. Engage in continual education on the ASX.

We want someone who:

1. Welcomes fresh graduates (degree holders from any field), preferably from Finance, Investment, or Accounting backgrounds.
2. Is interested in obtaining the company-sponsored broker's certification exam, with salary increases upon certification (up to RM1,000 increase after passing 3 papers).
3. Qualifies for increasements, transport allowance, and parking claims if working on AU/US shift schedules.
4. Has a Monday to Friday work schedule, with weekends off. Candidates who work on Malaysia PH will receive replacement leaves.
5. Is public transport friendly and located near KL ECO City.
