Job Summary

Responsible for providing support to the Head of Department and related parties in the Department – sales, administration, and management work.

Job Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent and 8 or more years of sales experience in the general broking segment.

Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities

1. To assist the Head of Department in developing and implementing marketing strategies to achieve departmental budget.
2. To secure new accounts and renewals under the broker portfolio.
3. Servicing brokers under the portfolio and assisting in claims and handling issues raised by brokers.
4. To assist in managing premium collections and monitoring outstanding premium aging to the desired level.
5. Execute all sales and marketing-related activities and assist the Head of Department with daily operations and marketing activities.
6. To ensure the business portfolio mix (motor and non-motor) is maintained at the desired ratio.
