A leading food establishment in Malaysia is seeking a Marketing Manager to enhance brand identity through innovative strategies. The ideal candidate will oversee marketing initiatives, conduct market research, and collaborate with teams to drive brand engagement, contributing to the company's legacy of authentic Malaysian cuisine.
Develop and implement branding strategies and guidelines to maintain a strong and cohesive brand identity across all channels and touchpoints.
Lead the creation of compelling marketing campaigns and activations to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to develop creative assets, including brand visuals, packaging, signage, and digital content.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer insights, market trends, and competitive benchmarks.
Manage the execution of marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including digital, social media, PR, events, and partnerships.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including sales, traffic count, and Malay traffic count, providing regular reports and insights to optimize marketing efforts and drive ROI.
Brand Partnerships and Collaborations:
Support the development of brand partnerships and collaborations to expand brand reach and relevance.
Industry Trends and Best Practices:
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in branding and marketing.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage the branding and marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and optimal use of resources.
Crisis Communication:
Develop and implement crisis communication strategies to protect and manage the brand’s reputation during challenging situations.
Customer Feedback Integration:
Integrate customer feedback into branding and marketing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Training and Development:
Provide training and support to team members on brand guidelines and marketing best practices.
Job requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in branding and marketing roles.
Strong understanding of brand management and marketing principles.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
