Job summary

MCC Industrial Systems (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a fresh graduate designer to craft social media posts, posters, banners, and promotional materials for multiple brands. You will produce photos, videos, motion graphics and other digital content, develop visuals for campaigns, events and launches, ensure consistent brand identity, and collaborate with Management,

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Interactive Media, Web Design, or related field.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design software.
• Basic skills in photography, videography, and video editing.
• Good understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, branding, and visual composition.
• Able to create designs for digital and print media.
• Able to multitask and manage multiple projects within deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Portfolio showcasing previous design work is required.

Responsibilities

• Design social media posts, posters, banners, advertisements, and promotional materials for company brands.
• Create and maintain branding materials, including menus, catalogues, brochures, packaging, and corporate materials.
• Design and update company official websites.
• Produce and edit photos, videos, motion graphics, and other digital content for marketing purposes.
• Develop creative concepts and visuals for marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and product launches.
• Manage visual content across multiple company brands and maintain consistent brand identity.
• Work closely with Management, Marketing, Sales, and other departments on design requirements.
• Handle multiple design projects simultaneously and ensure work is completed within deadlines.
