Job summary

TOA Group, based in Negeri Sembilan, seeks a Graphic Designer to create visually compelling branding and marketing materials across print, digital, web, packaging, and in-store platforms. You will ensure brand consistency and contribute to storytelling across omnichannel channels.

You will develop digital content, assist with video and motion graphics, and collaborate with printers and vendors to deliver high-quality materials that meet TOA Paint Brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Art/Graphic Design or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in Design and/or Marketing.
• Proficiency with Adobe programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva).
• Knowledge of video editing software and content creation tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and produce creative artwork for branding, marketing, campaigns, POSM, events, and packaging.
• Guard brand CI for TOA Paint to ensure alignment with guidelines and objectives.
• Develop digital content including social media creatives and digital ads; assist with short videos and motion graphics when needed.
• Coordinate with printers, procurement, event vendors to ensure specs and brand guidelines are met.
• Maintain organized design files and stay updated on trends and design technologies.
