Job summary

Aleph Labs in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a designer with a holistic view to bring brands to life through content, campaigns, and digital experiences. You’ll work within brand guidelines and collaborate with clients, design, engineering, and strategy teams to deliver on-brand visuals.

You will craft illustrations and assets for digital and print, extend brand identity, and contribute to design systems and scalable templates while maintaining high standards of usability and aesthetics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related design field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in design with branding, content, or creative/advertising focus.
• Experience creating content for digital and social channels across formats.
• Ability to follow established brand guidelines and adapt to new briefs.

Responsibilities

• Create original illustrations and visuals aligned with brand guidelines.
• Design across digital and print assets including ads, social graphics, and templates.
• Extend and safeguard brand identity across touchpoints and campaigns.
• Interpret briefs to deliver high‑quality on‑brand visuals on time.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, copy, and strategy teams on projects.
• Brainstorm and contribute ideas to strengthen visual storytelling.
• Translate campaigns into cohesive digital experiences and wireframes.
• Build design systems, templates, and component libraries for scalable output.
• Work with engineers and product managers to tailor user experiences.
• Apply UX thinking to usability and support user research.
