Qualifications

• Pursuing degree in Creative Marketing, communications, videography or related field
• Artistic flair and ability to create visually stunning content
• Superb storytelling skills and ability to find the extraordinary in the ordinary
• Curiosity for new technologies and trends (AI tools)
• Excellent verbal and written communication and teamwork abilities
• Willingness to engage at local events and fairs

Responsibilities

• Create captivating visual content (videos, photography, graphics) to showcase culture and opportunities
• Uncover employee stories and turn them into engaging pieces for candidates
• Assist in organizing local job fairs, career events and networking opportunities
• Collaborate with team to design and execute employer branding initiatives
• Manage multiple projects and stay energized and organized
